Slinky the Snake

Item Description.

This is a unique version of the snake out of basket routine. Slinky the Snake can perform the normal card routine which all the other vendors are selling, but due to very clever electronic designing he can do much more.
He is able to lift the lid of the basket a few times and then rise without a card in his mouth -going up and down as many times as you require. He then rises with the wrong card in his mouth and he is told to go down and search for the right card -throwing many cards out of the basket in the process. He then returns with the right card in his mouth.
The ‘kicker’is that when the snake disappears into the basket for the last time he leaves his tail outside the basket and the lid closes on it (to the great consternation of the audience). The magician then orders the snake to take his tail into the basket and the lid lifts for the last time and the tail is whipped into the basket by Slinky the Snake.
All of this gives the magician a much longer routine than with other versions on the market.
This is a fantastic item and a totally unique product which is operated remotely a long distance away from the prop. It comes with a small key fob which operates all the fully remote controlled functions. A comprehensive practical tutorial is included in the package, showing how to operate Slinky. It really is a mechanical and electronic marvel.

Item Description.

A fantastic animatronic puppet designed exclusively by Magic Universal. The company has built the puppet to exceedingly high specifications in order to achieve amazingly realistic actions. The cat literally comes to life. Multi-actions include - head moving sideways; mouth opening to imitate talking; arms move independently upwards and downwards; the paws move sideways to imitate waving or clapping or rubbing the tummy or covering the eyes as if crying; tail moves independently. Min - Antix Series 3

Minny the Monkey is another really friendly animatronic puppet, designed exclusively by Magic Universal. The puppet has two functions. It shakes its head and it opens its mouth as if it is speaking. Of course YOU can decide the words that the monkey is saying. The monkey is seated on a swing which, in the deluxe model has an extra function which allows the swing to actually start swinging unaided. All the functions are operated via a small key-fob remote controlled. It is built to a very high specification using the best materials and clever engineering mechanics.

The Haunted Handcuffs

Item Description

This is a fantastic illusion which is unique to Magic Universal. The very clever design replicates the Houdini ‘look’ and is hand made with exquisite precision. It is constructed from start to finish in my workshop using special mechanics and specialised micro electronics which are operated remotely . (The Interlectual Rights to this effect are held by Magic Universal)

Item Effect

The handcuffs are presented on a stand. They can be taken off the stand and locked or unlocked in front of the audience and then placed back onto the stand. Whenever the magician commands the handcuffs to unlock, they do so magically and swing open on the stand.
One presentation that I particularly like, is the one presented by the internationally famous magician Dain Cordean in his fantastic show Night Sprits. He shows the handcuffs locked on the stand while he tells the story of the Houdini handcuffs which could not be opened after his death. Dain finishes the show by walking off the stage just leaving a single pin spot on the handcuffs and wow! they magically open.

The Collapsible Chair

Item Description.

The chair looks like a very ordinary piece of furniture. It has an ultra slim seat and is very easily portable. It is satin -varnished, fully remote controlled and very easy to operate.

Item Effect

This is an amazing comedy effect which can be used in any fun routine. At any time the chair can be activated remotely causing it to collapse. Also, due to our technical department’s clever design, a great advantage to this product is that it can be reset in front of the audience and repeated as many times as you wish.

The Haunted Table

A classic magical effect where coins effortlessly pass through a beautifully crafted jewelled book into an ornate 'seau de champagne'. Imaginary coins can be thrown from the audience or the performer, at a distance from the prop, to add to the mystery.

Description of effect

An attractive trick where a vase of lovely flowers suddenly fly out and fall to the table. It is a totally unexpected occurrence which spooks your volunteer and indeed the whole audience . It is possible to build up a really good routine around this prop. It works really well in conjunction with the collapsible table and the electronic folding chair, which are also available.

RABBIT HOUSE

Description of effect

The Rabbit House is remote controlled trick which allows each of three rabbits to appear on the magician's command. They appear as many times as is needed for the routine.
It is a fantastic illusion and great fun for children and adults alike. A rabbit appears whenever the magician has his back to the prop and the audience shouts to tell the magician that the rabbit is there -- but surprise surprise - when the magician turns to look at the prop the rabbit has disappeared. Great, great fun!!
At the beginning of the routine the magician opens the door and windows showing that the house is empty, then for the big impact finale the house is lifted up and it reveals a real rabbit sitting on the table. WOW!! - It can be used with a fluffy furry rabbit instead of a real rabbit.

MAGIC MOVING TABLE

Description of effect.

This is an innovative idea and is extremely versatile. The magician uses the table as his working area through out his act. Then the magician comes to the front of the stage and performs his tricks to the audience. He maybe asks someone to pick a card and while this is happening the lid of the table lifts and everything that has been on the top of the table falls to the ground. When the magician turns to look back at the table it looks exactly as it started , but the objects on now on the floor. He returns the objects to the tabletop and continues with his act. When he puts his hand out to pick up an object from the table top he finds that the table has moved several feet away from him. Now the magician can elaborate on the routine. He can tell the table to come back to him --and it comes! or he can send the table away from him -- and it goes!! Also at any time the magician can make the tabletop rise and throw more things off the table. This section can be made into a hilarious fun part of the show. However the real magic comes with the 'Fantastic Finale' when the magician is able to reveal the chosen card on top of the table. (This has been prepared before the show)
